Is this a fault?

Have this box hardwired via Tp-links have noticed when it is turned off that the 3 yellow lights on the plug remain on on my other boxes one may flicker now and again.. Also when I turn the box off somtimes it just turns off blank screen other times I get a little pop sign saying power off or reset if power off comes up when I turn on it goes through the boot up process if it just turns off blank screen then next time i turn it on it is on the homepage straight away..

Have noticed if I log out of build I use and refresh the home page then I do get the power off or restart option!
