Installing wookie after updating to Kodi 15.2

Hi All,

I've tried a number of times now after installing the latest version of kodi 15.2. From the link https://droidbox.co.uk/how-to/kodi-spmc-and-dbmc-downloads/
Then I do the following

1. I wipe force stop kodi and wipe the data to ensure a clean install.
   
2. I go to system>add ons install from zip and select Wookie
3. Add on is enabled so I go to programs and select New Look Wookie
4. Wizard downloads and configures and asks me to unplug the box
5. After unplugging the box then plugging it back in, and starting up Kodi the droidbox background and everything is the same as when I first started with the droidbox.co.uk graphics as if I had never ran the wizard.

I've done this at least 5 times now and am about ready to dump the box.

Can anyone help?

Hi, the wizard does not need you to re-start your box now. Also try running the retro wizard, then when it's finished it should reboot itself.
Then go back in and wait..while the add-ons update..
Hope this helps you, and if you need to go to YouTube and look at droidbox videos on a smart phone which will show you step by step.
Sometimes these boxes can get you frustrated, but it's a bit of a learning curve.
At the end you get the rewards....

Can you please try the retro pack and see if the same thing happens. If same thing happens again i think you should uninstall Kodi and then reinstall from playstore and add Wookie to it manually and you will not get any problems after that.

Thanks for all the info, I installed tvaddons in the mean time. Will install Wookie at some point in the future.
