IceFilms Fix?

Morning people.

Newbie to the DroidBox community after just receiving my T8 box yesterday. Love it already and watched my beloved NUFC put in an awful display at Everton last night...anyway.

Been trying to access IceFilms, but all the lists are empty, or I get a connection error. I have Googled this, and most people list fixes for it, as there is an issue with us being in the UK. I have attempted a few of the foxes by going into add on, and selecting configure, and amending the URL for the add on, but I don't manage to resolve it.

Anyone know of a fix for this add on? Much appreciated.

Just a case of going into 'Configure' and amending the URL to that one then that should be it?

Yes. I tried the url on a web browser this morning and it still works so should be ok.

I get this when checking the link on my phone. BT infinity. I'd rather not use proxy.

So you are being blocked by your isp/mobile provider. If you don't want to use a proxy, then your only alternatives are to find a vpn or another add on - there are plenty of good alternatives out there.

Check mucky ducks wizard in mucky ducks repository. It has various URL tweaks to get round ISP blocking.
