I accidently uninstalled XBMC instead of clearing the data, how do I get it back?

Open ES File Explorer, expand the Local menu on the left, and look for
Device /
click that entry, then look for the
SYSTEM
folder and open it. Almost done now, look for a
PREINSTALL
folder and click it. Now look for an entry with
SPMC or XBMC
in the title. Click it, confirm you want to install it, and you should be done (bar re-running the Wizard).
