Hi. I placed an order earlier this week and paid for next day shipping and yet I have had no update on my order. I tried to use the live chat and although dating that you are online there has been no response. Can you confirm you are indeed open and shipping items.

We were closed on Wednesday for New Year Bank Holiday so if your order was made after 11AM Tuesday then we will be dispatching your order today. If the order was made before that, then we have very likely dispatched it unless it was a pre-order or backorder.
