Sorry for the inconvenience.So i have this problem where i have to manual reconnect the ethernet every time i boot up my android TV box, it doesn't automatically detect an ethernet connection whenever i start it up. Is there any way to fix this?

Can you please try to factory reset your device by following the below video and see if that resolves the issue:
Factory reset will not wipe the pre existing settings on the device but it will wipe all the data and other manually installed Applications from the device and then device will be back to normal position.
If factory reset doesn't work then please email us your Order details on [email protected] and we will check it out.I previously tried software reset via settings, and today i tried hard reset using your method, both didn't work. It also installed a pre determined list of apps whenever i factory reset the android box. I thought that factory reseting the device would wipe every pre existing settings but it didn't.
