Hard Drive

I have just installed a hard drive I purchased from droidbox fitted to T8-S, formatter on droidbox and it can be seen, but I'm having difficulty in writing to the drive, any help would be appreciated.

When I power up my T8-S still does not see the hard drive any ideas thanks

Doesn't see the drive, or same as November's post, when you're not able to write to it?

If it can't be seen, have you tried reformatting again from within OpenELEC?

Definitely a T8-S device, not a T8-S Plus?

Good evening, I have T8-S Plus, installed latest firmware, installed the flash from sd card, formatted in libra elec said mounting drive then formatted, when I reboot to android es file Explorer says shows Otg usb1010 but when I try to open it says failed to open the file. Please can anyone help as I purchased the drive from droidbox.
