Re being disappointed with the M8, we've a lot of happy customers, so I'm confident we'll be able to sort things properly for you.
The M8 and T8 devices are very similar. They currently have different firmwares (the operating system), but they will likely share the same one soon. If there is something missing from your device, we should be able to get assist you in getting it in place.
However, to fix issues, we need SPECIFIC details please. "Some of apps never worked". We're happy to try and get them working, but we need to know the names of these apps, and any error messages that appeared.
"Is there a fix for the one that don't work". Quite possibly, let us know more details, and we'll be able to accurately assist.
"Can you install the ones that are on the T8, on to my M8". Most likely, yes, but let us know what you're missing.
