Grand new box not starting

Hi there. My first post and not a happy one unfortunately.
I just hooked my new box up to the tv and it gets to the language screen but nothing functions at that point. Control
Does nothing. It's just frozen at that screen.
Any help appreciated.

Have a look back for my 2 posts about this box. Had 2 of them 1 lasted 24hrs. The 2nd one was much better. Awaiting a refund now.

@Sorehead - suggest you contact Droidbox support - "contact us" link at foot of the forum.
Have you tried a reboot or failing that a factory reset. Presumably you are referring to the imxqpro v2?

Please do wipe data/factory reset from recovery menu and after that reboot!
