Happy new year to all I have 2 g10 remotes from droix however I can't seem to get them to work anymore could anyone help me the issue seems to be that they aren't paired to the dongle anymore for whatever reason I've tried numerous buttons to try and pair but aren't exactly sure which to press and what to do if anyone can help that would be ace merry crimson

Maybe they're out of battery? I've never heard of G10's becoming unpaired from their dongle.
Also make sure to try them connected to different computers/etc. if possible. Also be certain you have the right dongle (on more than one occasion I've seen people mix up the dongles for remotes).
Provided they're still in warranty I would advise reaching out to our team at [email protected]. There's not a great deal of troubleshooting that can be done with basic accessories like these.
