Flashing red light (new device)

Just received my T8 Mini today. This is my 5th box setting up, so I'm fairly familiar with them.

Today I plugged in the device but the box has a flashing red light, and will not power up. If I use the remote it will flash blue for a split second then right back to red. I even tried to hold restore for about 20 seconds.

Any ideas? I'm sure I'll have to get it exchanged. Just hate going through that headache.

Sounds faulty, get in touch with droidbox support or email them to let them know.

Thanks. I've contacted them.... Figured it probably wasn't an easy fix. Especially since the restore button didn't even respond.

Hopefully the power supply is the issue, rather than the box itself. Sorry you experienced this issue, we'll aim to get it sorted out ASAP.
