hi im having firmware issues with my MXQ box manafacturer has sent me this
YOU:

We are sorry to hear that. Please kindly open the following link in your browser:http://www.mediafire.com/download/1r8edn37plpjts2/MXQ_OTA_0608.zip

And then download the firmware to update the TV box.

1)Uncompress the downloaded firmware (ROM) to the root of and SD card(format your SD card first).

please make sure your SD card only have these three things (http://i1318.photobucket.com/albums/t646/ger000231/QQ20150425124903_zps9f7prfsr.jpg)

A.factory_update_param.aml
B.m201-ota-20150402
C.recovery

2) Insert the SD Card into powered-off Box (power cable not plugged in) with no external USB storage attached.

3) Using a toothpick, insert into the AV port of Box, press and hold the hidden button, then plugging power in. Do not release until you see the screen of ROBOT logo. Please do not pull out the power adapter while it is updating.

4) Update will run automatically. When it is done then choose “Reboot”. You can disregard any errors that display after the update, they are not relevant to your device.

5) When system has rebooted then you should first check to ensure wifi is working by going to Settings->Wi-Fi. Turn on the wifi if it’s off and you should be able to connect.
i dont have a SD CARD is there another way i can do the above
