faulty gpd xd

Hi. Bought one the other day and it's a great device but the x button is sticking down. Only had the unit 2 days. The problem started within the first hour of use.

Bought from yourselves on amazon. Requested a return on amazon but was told to send the unit back for repair (unit only)?

It should be a refund with owning it for 2 days?

I ordered another one from yourselves even though they are on back order.

Thanks Shah. I contacted them on amazon marketplace. I am going to box it up and send it back today for a full refund. I have ordered a new unit from yourselves anyway.

This is a great device, so portable and having an HDMI mini output so you can watch on the big screen too.

Sorry to here about your fault, and glad it's been sorted.

It is David. Shame about the little button issue. I have sent it back today, fully boxed with everything inside, including screen protector (unused). Assume it was a manufacturing fault. Unfortunately the play on is on back order at droidbox so will have to wait for a while for the new one I bought to arrive

I had a similar issue with mine but it was the dpad was sticking down .

It was like it was so new and slightly rubbing against the plastic. I just kept pressing it in both directions and it kept rubbing off some of the excess plastic and its now mine, maybe if you have any similar issues try just pressing the button loads and loads of times, sometimes it eases off
