Factory Reset

I performed a factory reset and when I was asked for an 8 digit code I just pressed ok and the system booted.

Ever since then the operating system is crashing for fun. I have been advised by support to do factory reset again and input the correct code but I am no longer asked for it.

Does anyone know what this code is for and any other way I can enter it?

When I try to update I get this error message (see pic)

Can you please test web browser,youtube stand alone app,mx player offline playback and Kodi offline/online playback so we could see where does the problem occur.
Please take a note that regarding add ons/wizard problems are expected due to holiday season.
