Ethernet connection

Just purchased a T8-S Plus V2 box and i can't seem to be able to connect via ethernet,i can connect only by wi-fi,what seems to be the problem not being able to connect through ethernet,and how i can go about connecting?.

Hi

Please disconnect from the WiFi in order to be able to connect through the ethernet as both can not work at the same time.

Also please do check if everything is OK regarding the cable and your modem when it comes to the ethernet connection.Make sure that cable clicks in properly and that it is firmly connected.
