Just received this via Amazon,have charged it up,and now I cant get it to work with my Droix x 3 Android box,though i do have a flickering blue light and an orange light when I touch the ENTER key,the backlight also works..There is no light on the touchpad,How do I sync this device with my Droix box?or is it faulty??I dont find the instructions very helpful..Can someone sort this out for me? If you look inside the battery compartment there should be a USB dongle. Plug this into the X3 and it should work fine. Each dongle is uniquely paired to a remote so you need to use the dongle that comes with it.
David Sorry thats not the problem,the usb dongle was plugged in correctly.I neen to know how to reset the language of this keyboard to English United Kingdom,I think that its set at the default ie United States English.I cannot find any information on this procedure in the Droix How to Guides..sorry for the confusion Michael
PS The keyboard was sent back to you on the 18th may,I got it back on the 29th,with a note from Eric saying that there wasnt anything wrong with it other than it needs to have the language reset.I cant understand why you could not have reset it for me before sending it back?????as your staff are the experts?so I am afraid that I am no better off..Can some one please explain clearly to me how to do this,thank you in advance Michael

Hi there! If you go into the keyboard/language inputs settings for your device, make sure that it is set to "English (US)". As that is the layout that corresponds closest to the i9.
The physical buttons on a keyboard are different to what the connected device will register.
Think of pressing a key on a keyboard like sending the signal "2" to the connected device. What that "2" means depends on what the device decides to interpret it as (the layout). Between the UK and US English layouts, it will either be " or @.
