DroiX CK1 Intel Mini PC with Win 11 PRO turns off after 5 mins use

i brought a DroiX CK1 Intel Mini PC with Win 11 PRO - i7-8565U 16GB/512GB, December 2022 as a christmas present and it been used 3/4 times. I've restarted it and started using it and after 5 mins or so it will turn off and i have to unplug it from the mains and replug back in for it to work does anyone have any ideas? thanks

Hi, have you tried resetting the BIOS? In the power options, do you have it set to sleep or hibernate?
