Drois box remote stopped working can not evwn turn on the box

Hi all
My Dbox is 3 months old.
Suddenly remote control stopped workig.
I changed batteries no luck.
I can not even turn the box on.
I have usb keyboard but no power botton on it and seems the box should be on in order for the usb to work.
What can i do at this stage.
No usb. No unplug no remote control

When you power on the box do you see any lights e.g. a red light?
Which droidbox do you have?
Which remote?

On some boxes just unplugging the power plug and then reconnecting it will turn it on...I take it there's know power on button.

You will need to get in touch with droidbox for a new remote, email or live chat and you will need you order No and other details.
