Did you send an email to
[email protected] (a newer one we've introduced in recent months), or
[email protected] (which is the older one we've always directly advised)? We have no record of anyone recently attempting to ask about spare remotes.
If you responded to one of our older purchase confirmation or support emails (with a jumbled proxy email address like
[email protected], or something like that) then we would not have received it, as we migrated to a new helpdesk system back in July/August. Any emails sent to the old proxy addresses are lost in the void as we no longer have access to the old inbox.
Regardless, pretty much all of our remotes should work without much issue on the vast majority of android boxes, the T8's included.
