Perhaps it's all in the delivery of the message... I want help fair enough.. but not smart superior replies.. don't think it took too much of the guys time to present such a crass response.. I have tried the volume.. I thought it might be some default setting... won't bother.. smart arse answers and patronising tones.. from a load of train spotters...!
