Well this is easily looked up on the internet but in a nutshell:

Trakt keeps a history of what you've viewed and allows you to pick up where you've left off

It is absolutely nothing to do with real debrid, which is a subscription service to allow access to premium HD streams.

I use trakt all the time it keeps accurate track of tv series progress and upcoming episodes it stores all the tv shows you watch under collection then shows you new episodes and it's free you can use the website to update your tv shows etc it also tracks movies
