Has anybody noticed that DBMC does not have the IPTV Simple Client installed.
Only way i have found to get it is to install a build on top.

Hi. Yes Dbmc/Spmc 16.6.0 doesn't have IPTV simple client, you could roll back to Dbmc 16.3.0 that has got it if you want to.

Thank you for reply. Wonder why it was removed. Will it cause any security issues if i role back the build?
Confirmed, no security issues that I'm aware of with going back to 16.3.0 . http://spmc.semperpax.com/ lists the changes found between 16.3.0 and 16.6.0 for SPMC,w which DBMC is based on.
Quick question with out downgrading i loaded Mellow Build and IPTV simple client is now available and working how do i just get it working with out a build
I have read that people have had problems trying to download iptv simple client into spmc and forks like dbmc.
If having iptv simple is a "must" then the easiest solution would be to use vanilla Kodi, either 16.1 or if you are brave, 17.
It will co-exist with dbmc.
