DBMC Slugish

Hi gang.I've noticed in the last couple of weeks,DBMC seams to struggle a bit I'm running droidbox iMXQ pro V1,I wondered,would it help if I uninstall it would it cause problems? I have kodi 17.3,I thought maybe,a reinstall?or would that cause trouble for me.

You don't need to uninstall it just go to setting, apps and look for DBMC and click here. Now force stop and clear data, wait for it to finish. Now go and try again do the same for kodi, you will need to install things from a fresh start.
You also could use the file explorer to get rid of unwanted files to.
