Hello,
I have a CK2 with an i5 7200, and when I got home from work today, it was completely unresponsive. The power supply is working, but when I plug it in, nothing happens—no lights or anything. I even removed the button cell and short-circuited the posts, but still no luck. Any suggestions, or is it just a lost cause? It's only a couple of months old.

Hello,
If the power adapter is working and you can see the power LED on the device, but it is not booting up, it may be related to a hardware issue. Please open the back plate and disconnect and reseat the SSD and RAM, to check if this resolves the issue.

If the same problem persists, it could indicate a board-related fault. In that case, please contact Droix support at [email protected] with details of your order so we can assist further.
