I've just run the wizard after installing Gotham and Mash Up is there and is working. Maybe try running it again and see if that sorts it. What device is it? You can check which version by having a look in System/ System info.

It's the M8 mate. Mashup is there but it is just the "Goodbye Message" now. I will try to run it again & see what happens. Will let you know.

Yes, Paul is right. Please try to Run your DroidBox Wizard again. You should see Mash Up Fix Pack there. :)

I ended up running the update 5 times. Eventually Mashup was there but now my box is randomly rebooting. I am doing a factory reset as suggest by support.

I just did a factory reset that was suggested by support & reinstalled the wizard. The box is just randomly rebooting & throwing up loads of addon incompatibility errors. I'm beginning to lose faith. Everything was fine until I ran the update yesterday. Went into system/system info but still can't see if it is Gotham or Frodo. The box is only 3 weeks old, I'm pretty sure it's Gotham

It does sound like you are having a fair few problems there. I don't know much about the M8 but I don't think that you should have to run the update that many times.

Gotham is v13.x
Frodo is v12.x

(for the sake of completeness, Eden is v11.x and Kodi (confusingly also the new name for XBMC itself) will be v14.x though it is still in alpha or beta stage right now.

Mash Up - it does seem as though some of the infrastructure the add-on's author controls is being pulled offline. Some parts work, some don't, some go up and down. The Mash Up fix itself has now been intefrated into the device-specific packs in our DroidBOX Wizard, as in isolation it created issues with other add-ons.
