First time problemer and no expert so please be gentle. I've got a T8-S Plus about a year old. HDD and downloads were working fine until I had to do a factory reset, then I downloaded last latest software update. I re formatted HDD created folder for downloads and configured addons to it. (not Exodus, download configure doesn't work full stop?....). Downloads start and "appear to happen but "disappear". I can see HDD and folders in ES Explorer but no downloads including internal memory. I ideas? Thanks.

Wow this is a big "hole" in the update!? and a big fiddle (for me) to fix. Will the second suggestion work with a memory stick? I don't have an SD card. How do I know if I have T8-S Plus V1 or V2. I have to say I spoke to Droidbox live chat twice, they didn't seem very interested kept saying they can't advise on addons, when it is clearly their software update that is the problem......When is the next OTA update Droidbox?
