Can't get rid of banner

We've recently purchased a T10, when we go into Kodi we have a banner at the top of the screen which says "Swipe down from the top to exit full screen" and then an "OK" button under it. We can't seem to get rid of it at all. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Press the mouse button on your remote. Once the cursor comes up move it over where it says ok and press ok
