Cant boot to Android.

Hello guys, my problems began with some issues that i got a bootloop when my box was starting to Nova Launcher.

So i did a factory reset. But now i alwas hang at the black screen with the white boxes where is only standing
"Android is starting". I tried already to leave this for over one hour, but nothing happend.

So what can i do now?

Can you try completely disconnecting the box from the mains and switch back on and reboot and report back?

Ok. Think you need to give live support a call. Contact details on main droidbox web page - also a live chat function. Maybe one more go at a factory reset first? Make sure you follow the process in the droidbox video for t8 series boxes exactly (see how to page on main web site)

Where can i download the latest firmware for this device? I want to flash new rom from recovery.

Speak to support as i suggest.
New firmwares for droidboxes are released ota but you can't get to them due to the boot up problem.

Hello there, I just received my new box and it won't boot straight to the menu, it just shows on the LED screen boot then it shows 0000 and numbers keep going up and it also states on my tv that the resolution don't match. I have other Android tv boxes and I just have to plug in and that's it. What's wrong with this box?

Can you try disconnecting one more time and then booting back up?
The "0000" on the box should show the time so something isn't right.
I take it the tv screen is blank? Can you try a different HDMI lead?
If it continues to fail, Assuming you have the Droidbox t8s plus, I think your best bet is to contact droidbox support. You can use the live chat icon on the main droidbox page or email them.
