I'm new to this so please give me a break. I got my RG350 last week and on the day I got it, I managed to lose the games in the psx4all emulator.

Don't know how I've done it.

When you select the emulator icon in the menu, does it go straight to the emulator and then this screen? If so try going into the emulator menu and then you can choose which disc to run.

No I'm able to select the psx4all emulator and a list of games whichever one I select that's the screen I get.

Could you please try the following:

Highlight the two dots ".." on the file browser and press the A button each time on the two dots, until you can not go any further back, it should show "bin, boot, dev, etc..." on the menu.
Choose "media"
Choose "sdcard"
Choose "ROMS"
Choose "PS"

This should now show the list of PlayStation games. Choose one and then the game will load.

Also are you sure the games are working correctly. The ones on the 64GB card by default should be fine but if you have added others then they may be in archive file or not working.

Thanks alot for your patience with this.

I'm able to access the games list for PS however I just get that load disc splash screen on every PS game I select.

On all the other emulator's I'm able to access the the games, not sure what's going on tbh.

To confirm, there should be Ace Combat 2 (USA) on the list. If you go into that folder there will be two files, you should be able to choose either of them to start the emulator.

If the insert disc screen shows again. Can you tap the power button to bring up the menu and choose Swap Disc. Then repeat the process above for locating the correct folder and choose the game from there. Does it load it?

Also try the following. Tap the power button and go into GPU Settings, SPU Setting and Core Settings and for each one choose the "Restore defaults" options. Once you have done all three, choose Quit to return to the main menu and then load a game.

I think we are contacting you by email, so if the above does not work, please reply to that email and we will set up a return for inspection.
