I`ve got a m8 that was recently reloaded with the new kodi 16 jarvis and pulse ccm jarvis, i was having problems with buffering so did a factory reset, once reset the original kodi package loaded back up so i deleted it and loaded kodi 16 back up, now it won`t let me load anything up through add source, it lets you type the source but once you try to download from zip file nothing happens, any advice would be welcome.

Check the name of the source file and make sure you haven't made a typo. So we can double check name the source and the web address here.

I had a problem reloading Wookie after updating my box today. I disconnected the power (and turned it back on after a few minutes) and that seemed to do the trick.

Hello Paul. As suspected you typed incorrect (wookie) or out of date urls (ares wizard). Hopefully the info provide by Angela will sort out the problem. Let us know if it goes ok.
