We'll start at the basics - mains power
Same voltage band, same frequency, only the physical plug itself will need sorting out, either with a UK to Euro mains adapter, or if you have a few UK devices/plugs to take out there, consider bringing a six or eight way UK mains adapter. Unscrew UK plug from the lead, and screw on a 2 pin Euro style plug. You've then got the equivalent of 6-8 UK>Euro adapters in one go.

When you plug the device in over there, unless you're using a network cable, then don't forget to head to the WiFi area of settings and connect to the new Spanish-located WiFi network.

Add-ons, video streams, repositories - these should all work just fine still. If your Spanish ISP blocks any URLs/servers then you may find some previously working links are temporarily dead. That said, it is possible that some blocks in Britain aren't in place over there, so you might find new hosts work.

OFFICIAL apps, streams. Using BBC's iPlayer Android application as an example. It will work fine on your device when you're in Britain. When you go to Spain, your external IP address will show you are not in Britain any more. At this point, iPlayer won't work. You can use a VPN connection, or an app like TunnelBear to mask your IP address. It will appear to anyone who checks your IP address that you are in fact still in Britain.

Let me know if I've missed anything.
