cache filled before reaching required amount

Hi all, am getting this message top left of screen in Kodi during playback of the odd movie and tv show. Cleared cache but still get error, anyone any ideas??

Hi, I've had this too. I think its when it has to buffer for a long periods of time, it reaches its limit so then you get this message and the movie starts...but often has buffering problems so I just pick another source. Can be a pain but there's loads of other sources to choose from.
