BT home hub 6

Looking at buying one of these as my wifi is crap. My droidbox is hard wired and works perfectly. If i do upgrade are there issues on tbe new hub stopping kodi/droidbox streaming from certain add ons. ??

Googling does not reveal any particular problems with kodi. How new is the hh6? General advice for bt devices would still apply:

Plus some addons will likely be blocked at the url level so you'll need a vpn to view them (same as sly, virgin).
