Just purchased the box for a friend but the box won't boot, red light on at the back of the box. Tried disconnecting and reconnecting all cables and changing the batteries in the remote but no luck.

If it was from DroidBOX and the warranty is still valid, let them know via email (see my sig) about the power supply.
