Blocked Apps - All4/Demand5

Hi all,

I have a Droidbox Q7 and have been having problems watching the main apps from the Google Play store. It seems that I am blocked from watching All4 (Channel 4 - previously 4od) and also Demand5.

All 4 comes up with a message about rooted devices. Demand5 just doesn't play and comes up with a general error message. No issues with watching ITV Hub

Would anyone be able to help me out?

All4 does not work on rooted devices by design, says that on ch 4 site, so that explains that one.

Regarding demand5, could be other reasons. I cannot find a reference t rooted devices on their site so maybe...

1. Do you have latest version?
2. The app may not run on the device/firmware you have (I had this issue with itv hub until I got a firmware update for my t8)
3. The app is truly crap - there are a lot of 1 star reviews on Google play referring to constant crashes etc.
