blank screen and not working with remote

I just got a triangle OTT tv box 4k . it worked for about a week then would not shut off with main remote i had to unplug main power to shut it off. Now once i plug in power cord the icon comes on for a second then just a blank screen. Ive tried new batteries for the remote, unplugging the cords and re connecting and still nothing.

If your box came from Droidbox (I don't think it does given the name you quote) I would contact support via the contact details at the bottom of the page.

If it was supplied by someone else my advice would be the same - contact the seller. Especially if the box is still under warranty.
Sometimes a factory reset might clear the problem. If you are comfortable doing that and you have the supplier procedure handy then you could consider that.
