bbc iplayer no longer scrolling droix4 and beelink gt

Have several droix4 and beelink gt. Since BBC iplayer update I can no longer scroll main menu in home page. Can't access menus: trending, most popular, history, latest video, etc.
Is this a remote issues? can a fix be made via an update? thanks

Hi, Solved this by using a wireless mouse. Have now dug out my old mii remote for best of scrolling, right/left click and letter input.
