Auto Update Turn off advice needed please

Hi all. I need to turn off auto update so my box wont auto update to 17. I am only ever in openelec and I have turned off auto update in OE.
Do I have to boot into Android and turn it off there also? and if I do how do I find where to turn it off as I do not ever visit android side of my box.

You will only get an openelec update via a formal droidbox release (which is unlikely anyway as they seem to have standardised on librelec) so no riak there.
On the android side, it will auto update if you have auto update switched on in the google play store or if you take a formal firmware update which has the new version.

Thanks for that Nigelar. That all makes sense. Im going to update anyway as I want the new Librelec. If I update the releases from Droidbox in update centre - will I still be on Kodi 16.1 at the moment? and not up to 17?
