It means the scraper indexes haven't been updated with the fact that the stream has been removed.

TVADDONS court case is due to finish soon, so things might change again. If they win they get there severs back and some of the devs that left to do Colossus, plus the Url resolver might go back...

Yeah, but even at TVaddons, they have taken down all of the addons that scrape copyrighted material. They won because they said they complied with the complaint letters they received, and that only a very small portion of the addons on their site were actually involved in the cases. The courts just overstepped their bounds to see how far they could go, and got caught.
