apps missing

t8-s crashed saturday so restored to factory settings and wanted to reinstall jarvis,used file manager last time worked a treat but this time around file manager has gone ? restored again and left box alone for a couple of hours to let apps install etc( as advised) and still nothing
tried to download jarvis online and download fails,anybody help ?

Where are you downloading kodi jarvis from? Try google play and check your internet connection - do a speedtest and also use ethernet instead of wifi if you can. Are you saying file explorer app is not in the apps list (6 buttons icon on home screen)

play store,kodi tv and already use ethernet and file manager has gone

Well try downloading es file explorer again from google play. There should also be the default android file explorer there as well. Are any other apps missing? Can you take and post photos of the apps screens and post here?
