Annoying pop-up box

Just taken ownership of a new T8-S. Keep getting an annoying pop-up soon after start up which states "Please enter at least eight key". Only problem is I am not sure what password it is asking for! Tried to narrow it down to a particular app but no luck. Help much appreciated.

I had this on my very recently purchased T8S. I contacted DB and it was fixed by permitting access to my box over the net. HTH.
