Android box keeps freezing

Hi,
looking for a bit of advice. I have an RK3188 box which is a few years old. until recently it has been working fine, but over the last few days, it keeps freezing when trying to load movies or TV episodes. I've cleared out the cache but not made any difference. it happens on different sites.

Can you please clear data,this will return its settings back to its defaults.
