Hi just bought the airmouse G30 but it does not seem to turn my A95X Max box it works OK once the box is on and turns it off but not on it also does not seem to be able to pair up to other devices although the instructions are far from simple and no demos on utube that I can find any suggestions would be greatly appreciated thanks.

From what we've observed, most third party remotes seem to be unable to turn boxes on, but they turn them off just fine.
Have you paired it according to the instructions? You'd need the box's original remote, and then I think it's a combination of buttons that place it into pairing mode.

Yes have got the original remote and done the instructions best I can they not easy to understand and only alters the volume up or channel up but not down so bit of a let down upto now!

I needed a replacement remote as the original was was getting not working properly did not know this was a 3rd party/copy one! as box was bought from yourselves thought they would all match up OK.it works great on everything else and is fast and responsive so no issues on that side of things just the basic turning on or been able to change source which is a let down.

It's also possible that remove is unable to copy all the commands you need from your other remote. However, resync the remote and see if that makes any difference.
