read somewhere on twitter today that there's 4 k content on a few add ons can anyone point me to them and is it possible for my ts8 to stream this stuff I am on BT fibre . thanks in advance.

Cheers guys. Now ive found em. Thanks.

Playback issues. Very choppy any advanced settings i need to change ive got the 4 k resokution in the settings screens done. Im on BT fibre so shoukd play back ok but its not. any tips welcome.

Netflix recommend a minimum speed of 25mbps assuming no-one else is using the link.
Make sure you are using high quality HDMI leads rated for 4K (HDMI 2.0 I think) not the standard ones.

Hi I think the T8-S and plus only has HDMI 1.4, but you can still get 4k, but not true 4k as it's compressed heavily. The droidBOX Q8-S and new T8mini and MXQ pro have HDMI 2.0 which is the standard for 4k with 10 bit HDR and Dolby vision (found on Ultra blu ray).
Try playing with the Acceleration setting see if this helps, sometimes it's just the source that's the issue.

Hi, There is a 4k test add-on called Big Buck Bunny, you could try it to see what the playback is like on that.
You can get it from Metalkettle's repository.
