I was having similar issues im on BT fibre what ive had to do is refresh router settings or reboot the router each day and my droidbox is working a treat , so happy with this bit of kit . once its all set up they are magic.

I sent my wife out shopping all day, when see came home a speaker fairy had been and installed a very nice set up with amp and sub too.....:D thats the sort of thing i would do aswell. ive recently gone for a DENON AV amp , excellent for the value and sound is amazing paired with my Q audio...

My box was going well yesterday this morning different story. I've 're run the wizard. See what it's like tomorrow as working

Out of all the boxes that are out there which is the most stable I have an I'm6 which seems to have a mind of its own.

My reciever was playing Dolby digital with my droid box but this seems to have reverted back to pro logic. Can anyone advise audio settings etc please.

I'm currently with BT on fibre optic which is costing a fortune as we are tightening our belts I'm considering dropping to a 17 mb deal they so. Sky is also being got rid of. With 17 mb will that be fast enough for this little box to operate ok no buffering etc.

Play back issues now. No videos play just hang there. Even from my home network storage what are the correct playback settings in video n audio cheers

Ive just installed KODI ive gone to the wizard and added the add ons pack for KODI do i still need to run the wizard aswell.

whats folks advice on this can it be done and how hard is it to do , sky go wont work on my box ,has anyone manged to be successful an d get it to work.

I've imported the files audio to xbmc music libary but there choppy in play back. Outside of xbmc I'm looking a decent media player with good play back . The files are on my network NAS. So it needs to be dnla based or networked . I'm listening through my denon amp via hdmi lead from droid box...

My laptops just crashed as well so now having to completely 're install Windows. Stressed ain't the half of it.

I want to stream audio files on my droid box as to now i havent found a very stable one , i want to play flac audio as well . im looking to stream over my home network from my NAS (wd book live) any pointers much appreciated. thanks in advance. Sorry any tips for the apps to do this . cheers...

Dave sorry for the delay in reply , i googled for new firmware and loaded it on my sd card and re did the toothpick reset thing and loaded new firmware. worked well.

silly question but whats best way to run the box do you leave constantly on or put in standby when not using whats the best or is there very little in it.
