Hi, I've had this too. I think its when it has to buffer for a long periods of time, it reaches its limit so then you get this message and the movie starts...but often has buffering problems so I just pick another source. Can be a pain but there's loads of other sources to choose from.
Hi, I think if you go to program's there's a add-on called add-on installer you can still install Phoenix from there and it works on Frodo.

Joe, I'm still on the modded version of Gotham 13.2, still running ok. Will look into upgrading when it comes available.
How did you get your Kodi Helix and wizard working on your box.
I've just done this and seems ok so far, but won't hold my breath. I used it for loads of stuff and like Paul said I don't like being held to ransom. Thanks Guys
