Hi all. I seem to be getting this message whenever I first boot up my T8s. Pressing back up few times gets rid of it but switch off and on again and it returns. Any ideas at all?

Just an update on the above. Got the T8s back from Droidbox in lightning time and all is sorted. 5 star customer service. Thank you Droidbox.

Cheers Dave. I'm just using the standard remote to try and sort it. I've done a factory reset three times now and each time it is just booting into OpenElec and showing the screen in the picture. I cant see a way of getting back to android so am a bit stuck at the moment. Some of the symptoms...

Yeh it's looking a bit dodgy. It will only boot into openelec and not android so am going to try another factory reset and see what happens.

Cheers Mark. I've just reset system to defaults and now it seems to be stuck on the openelec screen which has now changed into 3 images of the openelec screen. What were we saying in a previous thread? These boxes have a mind of their own

Yeh I've tried all three Mark and exactly the same result. The vip works perfectly in android but switch to openelec and it's the sounds of silence. Have even tried different HDMI inputs on my tv and even a different tv with the same result. I haven't yet run the OTA update and wonder if that...

Just turned the box on now and went into open elec. As usual the Dev update failed but then a few seconds later openelec dev update updated. Still no volume for me though but at least it's up to date!

I know what you mean. They can be a bit testing at times but thank god for this forum. I've just tried a different VIP remote off my Q7 and its doing exactly the same thing so am at a bit of a loss.

Yeh I've tried everything. The volume is set to max in that menu. I've also tried the dongle in all the USB sockets to no avail. As soon as I take the dongle out and use the original remote then all is fine. I probably should have returned it but thought it would be fixable at my end rather than...
