The above solution is no good, as when the unit powers down it looses the time settings and reverts to 1St. Jan 1970? Had to re-enable Automatic Date and Time. Ok in android but still 1 hr out in OpenELEC. I suppose it will be ok when the clocks go back in October B-)

Found the solution. Needed to boot into andriod, go into system settings and turn off "Use Network Time" in Date and Time. Once rerbooted back into OpeLEC the time was correct.

The settings are correct in OpenELEC. The displayed time within the OpenELEC Kodi environment is correct, that's the strange thing! Only the led is wrong!

Have you tried swapping the hdmi cable for a different one? Might be a fault on the by-directional cable?

The advice worked a treat. I renamed dbmc.log to kodi.log in system file manager. No adverse affects and now can use Ares Wizard. Much Appreciated.

When I try to run programmes in the Android boot DBMC, I get the message 'error, could not find Kodi Log file' I have uninstalled it, and reinstalled but am getting the same error. Normal Kodi in Android and OpenELEC work fine. I just wanted to see if DBMC was any better. Any suggestions?
