Have you been in touch with droidbox themselves over this, as if it under warranty you are covered for faults. Did you try a factory reset...if you get no response from remote just unplug the power, then try.

I agree with you on the new cable, you could for now unplug the old cable from the box and drive and then reconnect it checking it's connected correctly. Have you spoken to droidbox yet...

Have you tried a factor reset, use the restore button on the side (power off then on and push in and hold), then after you get the recovery menu up try clearing cache first. If this doesn't work do a factory reset, after a factory reset wait up to 15 mins for apps to install.

Make sure in kodi setting you have passthough and 2.0 channel set. Also highlight audio transcoding. Also out side kodi make sure your setting for audio match. Good luck

Have you tried going to settings on the main menu (2 cogs) and then go to apps. Look for MovesHD go in and force stop and then clear data see if this helps.

Try and reboot your box to see if this helps. If not try again, remember to clear data 1st then run the wizard again. After it's run you should get a message to say that kodi needs to reboot, this is so your build installs correctly. Way back you use to have to unplug your box for it to...
