Thanks Nigelar. I'm not that keen on risking bricking my box but I have tried downloading and installing Kodi 17 (using my web browser rather than the play store). That installs Kodi 17 with all my other downloaded apps. But the media centre Kodi is still Jarvis. Any idea how I update that...

When I switch my DroidBOX on there's a section that says DroidBOX media center. When I click on it it runs Kodi Jarvis. My OpenELEC is also running Kodi 16. Does anyone know how I can update these two versions to Kodi 17?

Thanks for getting back to me Dave. The settings option sounds like it could work except as soon as I switch the box on, it starts to boot into LibreElec. Once its booted, it loads the half installed theme. From there, there's no categories or sections. Just the theme's front page. Any ideas?

In my DroidBox media centre, I have a a version of Kodi installed that is still Jarvis. I've searched through my Android apps folder and the Kodi version I have installed there is Krypton. Does anyone know how I can update the Kodi that's installed in my DroidBox Media Centre?

Thanks guys. I'm running Extended Info Mod 5.0 then (when that didn't work) updated to 5.6. And I've definitely got Zen, Specto, BoB, pheonix etc installed. I've also deleted both Metalliq and Extended Info, rebooted and re-installed. Still not able to do anything other than add to list...
